By energy-efficient housing we mean housing that is built taking maximum advantage of the climatic and energy resources of the area where it is located. The aim is to achieve comfort in a natural way, prioritizing renewable energy sources. This reduces their energy demand and carbon dioxide emissions.
\nThe houses are warm in winter and cool in summer, where energy consumption for heating and cooling is considerably reduced.<\/p>\n

There is talk of different types of efficient housing, such as “energy plus housing”, “passive housing”, or “self-sufficient housing”, among others.<\/p>\n

When we design an efficient house, regardless of whether it will ultimately be certified with a seal, we always take care of the following aspects:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

  • <\/i><\/span>
    Bioclimatic design, adapted to the climate of the site, taking into account sunshine (orientation), rainfall or wind<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Use of healthy materials that allow perspiration and provide comfort.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Thermal insulation in walls and ceilings avoiding thermal bridges. Watertightness.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Quality doors and windows and great insulation.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Ventilation systems with heat recovery and high performance installations<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Self-consumption through the installation of renewable energies.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Water management of the building for its use.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
